I’m happy to say that the Kent County Playing Fields Association have kindly donated £500 towards our wicket redevelopment fund.
The KCPFA were formed in 1926 with its mission to ensure that Kent has adequate facilities for recreation in every city, town and village and to encourage the provision, improvement, retention and use of playing fields, children’s playgrounds and other recreational centres. You can join the KCPFA as an individual for £10 or as a club for £25 and get help with grants and loans to help develop your facility.
The KCPFA have been kind to us in the past, helping our colts team to buy a ‘cricket coaching mat’ which will help to develop the younger members of the club into the senior players of the future.
